Convert Blog to Website

  Hi,

  I have a free blog on WordPress.
  Could someone tell me how to convert this to a website.
  Do I need a premium theme to be able to do back-end coding?
  I have a purchased domain name to add.

  Depends what you mean by “website.” A blog IS a website. Be specific about what you need from the site.

  To connect your domain name, you’ll need the Domain Mapping upgrade.

  you can’t modify the code on a theme or do php tweaks on WordPress.COM

  You can change the look of a site but not the functionality if you have the CSS upgrade
