convert existing website to theme in wordpress without changing the look and feel

  Hi I have customized a bootstrap theme and made a website. Now i want to convert my website to CMS or make it available on wordpress for maintainance. How can i do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As you know the design of a website is controlled by its WordPress theme, and at WordPress.com, to install any third party theme, you require a Business Plan.

  You can use your modified theme.
