convert feedback into a post

  Each feedback that is submitted, I would like it to convert to a post.

  I have used the contact form plugin/widget on page template. My site is on wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Contact forms are used for private communication purposes. That is why there is no automatic means of publishing it.

  is there an alternative ? can i create my own form instead of the form plugin and direct it to create a post. If yes, please direct me.
