  I need to convert my followers from my WordPress.com blog at paleoyogalife.wordpress.com to the self hosted WordPress.org domain paleoyogalife.com. Thank you!

  Please make sure you have the Jetpack plugin installed on your new site, and that it is connected to the same WordPress.com account as your WordPress.com blog.

  This post has been tagged for a staff member to look at so they can help to move your subscribers.

  Your WordPress.com subscribers and email followers have been transferred as requested.

  Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.

  You might think about setting up a Site Redirect for your WordPress.com site at paleoyogalife.wordpress.com to send your site visitors to your new domain. Otherwise, people will still be able to subscribe on your old site.
