convert page to post: can it be done easily?

I have 100 pages that I want to convert to posts.
Is there an easy way to convert them? Or should it be done one by one?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I had a chat with WordPress support.
The only possibility is to convert all pages manually to posts :-(
