Convert Paid Website To Free: Import Not Working

    I am currently trying to transfer my WordPress site from paid to free but I cannot seem to get the import data to work nor is it showing anything other than a white screen. I need to have my site up as soon as possible, and I cannot seem to find any answers.

    Hey there –

    I’ll be happy to help you get this sorted out. Will you clarify for me which site you’re working on. johndvandevert.wordpress.com is a free site address and you can continue using it as such with out the personal plan which is currently enabled. Is that what you’re trying to do?
