  Hello @jwowglobetrotter,
  If you want to keep the formatting(links, bold and italic text, font color etc) from the PDF, you can directly copy and paste the content into the Visual Tab of the post-editor. Do not paste it in the HTML tab, it will be pasted as a plain text in there.

  If you want to keep the layout of the PDF, then one free option you have is to switch to the HTML tab of the post editor and use inline CSS and custom HTML tags to copy the PDF look.

  Other paid option is using the CSS Edtior by upgrading to a paid WordPress.COM plan. However, it does guarantee that you will be completely able to replicate the PDF layout.

  And also, this can only be done if you are comfortable working with HTML and CSS. If not, then there’s no way to directly copy and paste the PDF layout.
