convert post to page?

  hello all, i’m a newbie here and didn’t find an answer @ faq.
  my question is how to convert a post to a page? i did find some of my postings having most readers and i’d like to convert those posts into pages. is it possible?

  You will have to copy and paste the post into a new blank page and then transfer any comments over one by one by copy and pasting those also.

  if there are no shorter and easier way to do it then i will conclude my question.
