Convert posts/pages to pdf

  I would like to convert some of my posts and pages to pdf so I can print them neatly and email them to people who do not read the blog.

  Many of the posts and pages are fairly complex. They include italic and bold text, program source code, embedded images, math equations via latex markup, links to other posts and pages and to off-site hyperlinks, ordered lists, tables, special characters (for instance ≡), subscripts and superscripts, and perhaps some other features I have forgotten.

  What is a good way to convert these pages automatically to pdf?

  I almost forgot:

  In the PDF file, I would also like to add my logo at the top of the first page, my copyright notice at the bottom of the first page, and a header with the title and page number on pages after the first.
