convert rss (xhtml) to wxr

    I would like to import the posts from a previous blog (hosted by blogg.se). The only way I find of doing so is by importing the rss-file (xhtml), but since I use wordpress.com and not .org there are no rss-importer. What is the easiest way to convert my xhtml-file into xmr (or other formats that is supported by wp.com?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    If you have a test install of self-hosted WordPress(.org) blog, you can import it using the RSS importer and export it as WXR.

    If not, please contact support from: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ . We may be able to convert the file for you.
