Convert to self hosted blog so I can use 3rd party marketing/plugins

  I like the wp platform and would like to continue using it but I am trying to add a specific plugin and it looks like this is only allowed if I have a self hosted blog. How do I make this happen and continue using the wp platform?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
