Converting a post into page or moving comments

  Hi,

  I have several posts I wish to convert to pages. Is there any way to do this? (I use the basic “package”, and don’t have access to the custom design etc. (so plug-ins and other such solutions are possible for me))

  I could just create new pages with the relevant content. However, some posts have comments which I don’t want to erase. So if converting is not possible, is there a way to move comments from one place on the site, to another?
