Converting an existing website to wordpress worth it?

    Hi peops,

    Okay I have this blog – indodesignerrugs.wordpress.com that is currently i-centered onto an existing website – indodesignerrugs.com

    Now the result I want is the blog to be included within the overall design of the website. Right now its just placed inside. For example if you were you to search for articles in our blog – only the blog shows up separately, not the entire website.

    Basically right now they are 2 separate entities.

    Now, whats the best way for it beign integrated? Does this require to convert the entire website to wordpress? Will the design be affected by this? I want to continue the same design.

    Your existing site design at indodesignerrugs.com would have to be converted over to a wordpress theme. This can be done, but it would take a good theme designer to do that, or at the very least someone that could take an existing theme and customize it via CSS to look like your existing site. That would probably be easier.

    You would then want to export your blog from here and import it into the main site so that everything is in one place.
