converting blog to page

  Hi,
  I am new to WordPress but am enjoying the experience in trying to make a blog/web page about me and my dog. I have created some blogs which I now realise should have been pages as the information on them is static and I need to put them under a menu heading of Walks. Is it possible to convert the blog to a page or do I need to redo the information and save it as a page?
  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
