Converting HTML to WordPress Theme

I have a html code for a subscribe link to our newsletter sign up that is with a outside company. I need to figure out how to get that to work in our wordpress theme.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can add the link in your site’s Custom Menu:

Alternatively, you can add the HTML to a Text Widget:
