Converting my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  I currently have a free blog with you at wordpress.com my blog domain is trainingtampa.com
  My question is how to I convert it from wordpress.com to wordpress.org without losing or changing the domain name or any of the data?
  I want people to be able to type in trainingtampa.com in the url and have it go to my blog that would be a self-hosting blog(.org) and not the free one (.com)

  Once you have your hosting provider with WordPress installed, you can direct your domain there by changing your nameservers: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers

  You can then transfer your content following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org
