Converting my free theme to pro

    I just bought catch bells pro theme and when I activated it, my whole website lost everything I had already made (posts, pictures, text, arrangements). Everything was saved under the free theme but is there a way to try and convert so I do not have to go in and restructure everything?

    Howdy!

    Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on Bluehost. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

    For help, I would contact Bluehost first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ You can also contact the theme developer.
