converting to wordpress.org to word prss

    I am now with Blue host as a word press.org subscriber. I have never launched but want to continue with blog. I would like to convert to a regular wordpress account with the free site and then upgrade at a later date to higher level site that can be monetized. I do know the steps or have the ‘how to’ knowledge to do this. I have a paid domain name of Needlespoonandspade. Thank you for your help
