  Need help – is it possible to convert my old wordpress.com blog to wordpress.org with almost unchanged stuff?

  You can hire a web host and set up a free software install from WordPress.ORG. Then you can export and import your WordPress.com blog content into it using these instructions. You will have to copy and paste all text widget content from one blog to the other. You will also have to export and import your links separately. Best wishes with your move.
