converting Yahoo 360 blog and website to import to WP

  I have an old blog on Yahoo 360 as well as a more recent blog on my personal website that is just built in HTML as a webpage. Is there a way that I can convert these to XML or something so that I can import them into WordPress?

  Sorry you’ll have to manually paste the content into your WordPress site.
