    Hello there!

    Great to see you reaching out to us. The reason you’re not seeing the Cookie and Consent Block is that it is designed to automatically display on sites that are ad-supported. This includes free sites and sites with the legacy WordPress.com Starter plan.

    By the way, I took a look at your robertstarte.wordpress.com site, and I can confirm that the privacy and cookies banner is currently active on it.
