Cookie banner not showing up

  I have just set my blog and since I live in the EU I have set up the Eu Cookie Policy widget. Everything seems to work fine: I check all the boxes, and they save the changes. But the when I go to the blog there’s no way the cookie banner shows up,

  Yes I have used the guide, and I have also tried to remove the widget and then add it again, but the result is always the same: no banner showing up.
  Thanks for suggesting to add the modlook tag!

  Looking at your site now in Chrome 47/Win7Pro, I see the Cookie banner at the bottom of your site’s front page (temporary screenshot)

  Well, now I see it too but yesterday there was no way it would work. And I promise I didn’t change anything. I guess that some things take a while to show??? Anyway, thank you all for your help.
