  To whom it may concern,

  I am new to WordPress and I am a Lawyer qualified in Data Protection and Cybersecurity. I wish ti start my own blog on Data Protection, however, I do not wish to pay to an advanced plan at this time. Therefore, I would kindly like to ask you, how could I create my GDPR and e-Privacy Directive compliant cookie banner without paying for an advanced plan?
