  The eu cookie law comes into effect soon, i can download a plugin for this but being .com i cannot add it, is there any other way of notifying people or do i have to put a sticky post on the blogs that i have.

  Plugins are for self-hosted wordpress installations and cannot be used here for security reasons.

  I would also not put a lot of faith in the plugins at this point as there are going to end up being 27 different cookie laws and they could all be different.
