  Hi, I have to update my blog with the cookie law info but I cannot download plug-in on wp.com.
  How can I do (or do you provvide by default ?).

  For WordPress.com sites based in the European Union that wish to comply with the Cookie Law, we recommend using a text widget to inform users that by continuing to browse the site, they are agreeing to the placement of cookies on their computer.

  Whilst implementation varies across jurisdiction and website, this sort of notification has emerged as standard practice. We’re also continuing to look into how best we can help our users to meet the requirements.
