Cookie widget in footer at bottom of page (off screen that is) on iPhone

  My cookie widget works on the desktop but not on the iPhone. It basically appears at the bottom of the page but not the top visible screen area . Therefore it appears to be not there to anyone who doesn’t scroll down. It also looks like it hasn’t resized it self for mobile either. You have to scroll right to see the button.

  I have placed exactly the same widget, in the exactly the same way, on another site and that does work on an iPhone . So can only assume its to with the template I’m using (Swell). The other site where it works is mygoodmeasure.wordpress.com

  Anyone help?
