Cookie Widget: yes or no?

    Hello! I have just recently started my own personal blog.
    The blog has no ads and after reading this article, I was wondering whether I need to install a Cookie widget anyway or whether ‘a cookie message’ is automatically displayed by WordPress?

    I am shown that your website is not hosted with WordPress.com , therefore, if you would like to use this specific functionality for your cookie banner -and more- you should go ahead with installing the Jetpack plugin at your website.
