cookies

My blog is a French blog and I desperately try to be in good standing with the EU law about cookies. On the english forum ( https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/one-more-time-europe-and-cookies-law?replies=6) the staff says that we may compose a disclaimer and post it in a text widget
but in France CNIL says that a disclaimer is not enouth : people should click on “yes” or “no” to accept or not cookies, and for the moment it’s impossible with wordpress.com. Other web-hosting services have done what they had to do, so I don’t understand why not wordpress, and why staff give answers which are not legals.
So wee need a real widget to be available, like on wordpress.org as soon as possible !
    Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks for reaching out Caroline! The suggested method for WordPress.com sites based in the European Union who wish to seek to comply with the e-Privacy Directive’s aims is still to use a text widget to inform users that by continuing to browse the site, they are agreeing to the placement of cookies on their computer.

While implementation varies across jurisdiction and website, this sort of notification has emerged as standard practice. We are continuing to look into how best we can help our users to meet the requirements.

    Thank you for answering.

I used a disclaimer but it seems that at least in France (which is, I admit, really annoying for a lot of things), a disclaimer is not enough, according to CNIL.

I made a copy of your answer for the case of I have problem with CNIL, to prove that I tried to be in good standing with the law but that I have no technical issue to really be.
