  Ask for your help for how to insert the cookies bar,
  but it seems to be impossible, if someone knows how to do i accept all possible assistance, otherwise I’ll delete my sites, thanks

  If you need to add a notification for your users, you can place a link to a notice page in your site’s Custom Menu or add a widget with a custom message:
