  In the past week or two, the cookies disclaimer comes up on the website we’ve built with you, but it WILL NOT go away when clicked on and accepted. This happen both on laptop and in Mobile phone. It’s annoying and covers part of our information. Are you fixing this bug, or, what do I need to do? (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi –

  Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, we are working on this issue with the privacy banner.

  The banner is added by default and when the widget gets added chaos ensues. I’ve removed the extra Cookies and Consent widget and things seem to be working properly.

  Could you have a look to confirm? Thanks :)
