  I need a good theme for my new indian/vegetarian cooking blog. Suggestions? It would be awesome if this theme was available:http://www.templatepanic.com/article/recipes-blog-wordpress-theme

  It’s not. The themes that are available are all under Appearance->Themes. If you’re a good web designer and know CSS well, you can buy the CSS upgrade and change the looks of pre-existing themes here, but you cannot add external themes to a WordPress.com blog.
