  Went to sign into my website and can’t pull it up. Checked with the hosting company, all is well on there end. Go to my dashboard and visit my site and nothing there? How can I get my site back?

  Hey there, sorry to hear that! Since the site isn’t hosted with us, we most likely can’t help much. But here are a few ideas:

  – Check to see if you have an admin email with clues

  – Ask your host to check error logs

  – If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):

  – Ask your host to help you restore a good backup
