Hi,
There was a corporate gravatar that was set up a long time ago by our former employee. The gravatar we are trying to update is https://gravatar.com/easydynamics.
Our public website is http://www.easydynamics.com
We are trying to consolidate and re-establish our branding, and while I do have ownership of the associated email account, I’m not getting the password reset or sign-in link sent to that email address. Can you please help me recover that account?

Thanks for getting in touch. Since you’re not the account owner, we’re limited in what we can help with or advise. However I can provide some guidance to point you in the right direction.
It appears that user account that owns the easydynamics profile has blocked all emails from WordPress.com, which is why they’re not able to self-service the password reset.
If you have access to that email account, you will need to email passwordhelp@wordpress.com directly from that email address and someone from support will be able to help.
Once you regain access to their account, you will need to update their Subscription preferences to uncheck the Pause Email option here: https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions
