Coptic language support

Hi there,
Which site is this for? I see you have a few on your account. You are trying to set an existing site to use Greek text and having trouble?
Generally speaking, you can get Coptic font support by switching your site language settings to Greek, as explained here: https://wordpress.com/support/language-settings/
However, depending on your theme and/or the custom font you have chosen, that font may not have Greek langauge support, so we would need to take a closer look.
Thanks for the additional info!

Hi again,
After some time Googling I may not have understood correctly. To clarify, you wish to write in Coptic language, as explained here? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coptic_language
I may have confused Greek with Coptic, so thank you for clarifying if there is a difference.

Thanks. Yes, Coptic is different from Greek although it shares some letters with it. I was wondering if you could make your platform supportive of the use of Coptic in it. Can you add Coptic to the languages that can be used in your platform like you have allowed many other languages other than English?

Hi there,
Thanks for the details.
I think it’s worth posting directly to https://wpcomtranslation.wordpress.com/. It’s where the team responsible for translations on WordPress.com hangs out.
They can offer more information on this.
Thanks!
