Copy a blog page to a new page

Hi,
I have searched for answers and notice some very lod posts stating it can not be achieved but was wondering whether it has since been maybe added as a feature.
We release software upgrades on a regular basis and place on our blog. I would like to be able to take a topic (page) and copy that to make it the base of a new page. Is this possible. From what I’ve read you have to manually paste title, contents, tags, etc etc, Is that correct? Thanks for any help.
