You can copy and paste the text from your post editor but what about
Tools/Marketing/Sharing and you can add a “Print” button to the bottom of each post.

Hi @bonnieandhanksteele, great question! I actually don’t use Word or have access to it. If you’re having trouble pasting an article into Word, you might try the advice here:

Hi there,
When I just tried to follow your directions
To which directions are you referring? If you mean the “Copy All” option in the editor, that copies the post’s HTML code for pasting into another HTML editor. That’s not meant for copying post content into a word processor file. (In fact, most people do it the other way around, using Word or Google Docs(recommended) to draft their content, then copying it to their site once done :) )
To copy the content only, the best way to do that is to copy from the front end, i.e. when viewing the post itself in your browser. That might still cause some code to get copied over – you can try the “paste as plain text” option @supernovia suggested above, but that might not strip out everything.
You’re likely still going to run into issues with the images as well, and I see your posts are very image-heavy. So I’d recommend you go with @themagicrobot’s suggestion to print out a post, and use the “Save as PDF” option in your computer’s print dialogue instead to get your post in that format. If it must be in Word, you can then open the PDF file in Word, and have Word convert it to the .docx format for you.
