Hello there,
You can definitely click on one of your revisions, copy it, and paste it into a new post.
You can access your revisions in the classic dashboard by scrolling underneath the post editor until you see this:
https://cloudup.com/cNUs0aPBHKHTo open your latest, published post in the editor, please click below:
https://manvantura.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3955&action=editIf you need to access other posts, click Posts → All Posts.
I hope this helps! If you have any other concerns, drop me a note. Thanks much!

I do not get an option to copy a revision, only options concerning link. If I display the revision in order to highlight the entire thing, the comparison software highlights both post and revision. Please be more specific.

I understand what you are saying.
The software wasn’t designed to do what you are asking it to do so you’ll have to cheat a little. To copy the revision this way you will have to copy one paragraph at a time.I hope that clears up your question. If not, let me know and I’ll be happy to continue to help.
