Copy a wordpress template I already designed to start a new wordpress blog

    I went to lots of work just configuring my wordpress blog to my needs.
    Now I want to start a new one,
    but just copy the template
    ie the structure, theme, widgets etc
    BUT NOT the content.
    I want to clone the appearance with no post or pages in it
    to start afresh.

    Please help

    Export function works fine for the content.
    BUT I want to copy everything else without content.
