If what you want to do is upload a PDF onto your site, go to “Media” on your dashboard.
On the “Upload New Media” page you can drag and drop PDFs from your computer to your site. Once uploaded, you will see that your PDF now has it’s own URL. Use that URL on your site to link directly to the PDF.
To integrate the file into a Page, click the “add media” button and select the PDF from your library.

Paste in as plain text if you want visitors to be able to read the text – see below for some help
Paste From Word
using Scribd you can insert the PDF directly into a Post or Page – caution as soon as the Scribd document is seen by a browser it will load the entire PDF document, if it is large it can slow the load down for every one that visits your site, so put a Scribd document after a More Tag to help general load times of your front page
