copy and paste why is it not working again?

  I am simply trying to copy a document from my computer file and then paste it on my blog. I have done so all along. but suddenly it stops working for no apparent reason.

  I don’t want to jump on James’ toes but see http://en.support.wordpress.com/microsoft-word/ for specifics.

  The problem is that when you paste into the Visual Editor in WordPress, all the code in your document comes in, and it messes up in the browser and overwrites the design of your content in your WordPress Theme. You need to strip the code out to make it nice and clean on your site.

  Remember, WordPress isn’t a word processor, nor should it be.

  The article you paste into a post may need a little cleaning up, but it will be better than what you have been doing. Just use the PASTE FROM WORD button on the second row of the toolbar called Kitchen Sink.
