  How do I copy or cut and paste email with embed pictures to my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We do now have a post by email feature here at wordpress.com that you might want to give a try. It seems a little finicky with some email clients though: http://support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/ .

  You cannot drag and drop images from an email to the wordpress editor. The images have to be uploaded and then inserted into the post/page via the add media button in the editor.

  Copying and pasting text from other sources, such as email clients or the web can end up bringing in code that is not compatible with wordpress, or that overrides wordpress CSS and breaks your blog. It typically will also introduce XHTML errors that can cause all sorts of issues.

  When pasting something from another program, or another source, always use the “paste as plain text” icon in the bottom row of toolbars in the visual editor. If there is only one row showing in your editor, click on the last icon on the right (kitchen sink) to show the lower row of icons.
