Copy paste text and images in one shot. Let’s say I have a word document that includes text and images. Currently, when I copy the entire document it only copies the text. I have to save and copy each image separately which is very time-consuming. Thanks for your help

That’s not possible.
There is no connection between word processing program files like Microsoft WORD on your computer and your blog. Every image will have to be uploaded into your blog because your computer is not a web server. All the text has to likewise be uploaded into blog posts and pages.
Also note that when copying and pasting from Microsoft WORD but failing to do that in the correct manner (see below) the effects may not be immediately apparent but will be cumulative and will manifest over time.
Microsoft Word is a word processing program that’s not compliant with web standards. The result of copy and pasting from Microsoft Word into the Tiny MCE editor in WordPress blogs can be unexpected, and contain a lot of formatting code that’s not compliant unless you know how to use the built-in features in the Visual editor for using Word cleanly.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, although I followed all instructions it seems that I have no other choice but to upload and paste each image individually, which is a bit time-consuming and frustrating. Anyway. It’s done and posted. If you have a minute, you’re most welcome to visit and view the results in my blog. Being a Timethief, you should be able to make the time!
