  I note that a fee has been taken from our credit card but I cannot find any notification being sent re this and cannot find a copy of the invoice – can you help

  What do you see here? https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Have you read this support doc: Manage Purchase – Auto renew
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#auto-renew

  As I see that you have been here for 1 year here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/hoggandthorburn and as you have a domain I assume you may need to renew it.

  Hi @hoggandthornburn, it looks like your upgrades are there, just under another account. Can you log in with the other username, then head to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing ?
