Copy my WordPress files

  How do I copy my WordPress website files so that I can transfer to my hosted site? In this case my domain name is gwbs.com.au and the provider is Melbourne IT.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You go to the dashboard Tools page and you click Export. That will export the contents of your blog. You cannot export the software or theme.
