  I want to create a new website and copy everything from here https://todayyo.wordpress.com/
  How can I do it ?

  Hi there,
  To create a new site, first you need to add a domain on your account from here https://wordpress.com/start/domains.
  You’ll find instructions here https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#add-a-domain-name

  After adding domain you can simply import content to your new site from old one, using Tools->Export/Import
