copy of blog on .com and .org simultaneously?

    My dream: Maintain my blog at gapsguide.com while *also* having a self-hosted copy at wordpress.org Is this possible?

    For convoluted reasons, I need to use a Canadian host, thus cannot take advantage of the Guided Transfer to one of WP’s recommended hosts (all US-based, I believe).

    My goal is to: use a specific (Canadian) hosting company, ensure that everything on the .org site is functioning perfectly, tweak it as desired while it is still private, *then*redirect the live url to the .org version.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there. You can export your blog content from WordPress.com to a WordPress.org site, but you will not be able to continually sync the content. You could, once you get everything squared away settings-wise on the .org site, dump the content and re-import it.
