Copy page content and paste on another

  An article said to use: https://wordpress.com/pages
  To copy content from one page and use on another, why can’t I do this within WordPress itself instead of having to go to another site, doesn’t make sense.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Perhaps you’re reading WordPress.com support instructions when your site isn’t hosted at WordPress.com. Your BlueHost site will be using the WordPress.org software and the correct support is found at:
