copy paste removes formatting

  I need to copy/paste from Google Docs but would then not have the formatting I set up in WordPress.
  -> How can I best paste texts and tables from Google Docs or Excel, Word etc.?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry for the confusion, I didn’t mean uploading a Google Doc or Excel file, I meant copy/pasting text oder cells, columns into WordPress.

  As I said above that will not be successful as the formatting will be gone.
