copy paste working wrong

  when i copy paste material from a word document or a pdf file, the font, font size, spaces..etc.. all change from the original and look chaotic and require a lot of work to get back to what it should look like
  please help

  Word is a problem with TinyMCE, the visual editor we use. If you must use Word, use the ‘Paste from Word’ button, although you might still have some cleanup to do. Full details below:
