Copy plugin from one site to another

I had a developer create a plugin for me that I have installed on 2 sites — I didn’t install them, he did, so I don’t have a zip file for it. It has stopped working on one site but continues to work on the other. He for some reason isn’t responding to my requests for help.
Is there a way for me to copy the plugin from the site where it’s working and put it into the one where it stopped? I have access to the cPanel on both sites.

The wordpress.com based blogs do not support third party plugins. This means you can not copy the plugin from the other websites to tngrassfedtest.wordpress.com.
If you need to install plugins you will have to host your wordpress websites with a third party. -
In fact the website isn’t tngrassfed.wordpress.com but tennesseegrassfed.com and is hosted by SiteGround. Thanks.

That site is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by Siteground, not by wordpress.com.
And that means you are posting to the wrong support forum. That site is not on wordpress.COM servers and we cannot help with it.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
